Costumes -

·                      Pulled wigs in stock and examined each for appropriateness/usability

·                      fixed rips in some costumes

·                      pulled some skirts, pants, and vests from the shed

·                      made alterations to several dresses

Lighting -

·                      counted each individual gel color(N.B. from Ms. M-T – Need this info ASAP to give to Jaime!)

·                      put gel count into Excel chart

·                      began to count rest of equipment stocked in lighting booth to put into excel

Crew Present - Emily O., Mike G., Claire B

Set-

·                      attached one table face

·                      finished construction of one bed and one table

·                      second bed had work done, not finished yet

·                      two tables were repaired and prepared to be faced

·                      pulled chairs and benches from trailers and upstairs storage

·                      repaired one bench

Properties-

·                      Constructed chocolates box, with compartments* (N.B. from Ms. M-T – Buy a box of Whitman’s Sampler chocolates…create/sew “faux chocolates” for all but one) 

·                      brought down (campaign/protest) signs

·                      built two more signs

·                      made list of what is still needed to be pulled

·                      pulled props ( unspecified ) * (N.B. from Ms. M-T – I need this specified)   includes electronic candles, suitcases etc.

Necessities for Hair and Make-up

 (N.B. from Ms. M-T – Allison has created choices for all actors for hairstyles.  You will choose one and then she will guide you how to create it.)   

All Girls: black, NOT BLUE mascara

• Lipstick should be in the red family – Revlon “Fire and Ice”; “Cherries in the Snow”; “revlon red” are all classic 40’s colors
• neutral/basic eye shadows (girls only)
• Natural blush
• dark brown or black eyeliner-eyebrow liner
• hair brush or comb-bobby pins (girls)
• hair nets
• boys:google "got2b glued" and look at the yellow tube
